Bookkeeper
Purpose of this role: Maintain client accounting and prepare financial statements for each Company of the client.
Reports to: Client Manager
Hours: Full-time

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Manage the customers account weekly or monthly depending on services provided
- Reconcile customers accounts monthly with statements
- Pull together work papers monthly
- Adhere to due dates set by client managers
- Prepare all required tax forms as specified by client industry
- Communicate with client managers or clients on issues or needed information
- Prepare payroll and corresponding reports on assigned clients
- Client consulting on various software programs
- Client onboarding of new clients assigned to you
- Other duties as assigned
Work Experience, Skills & Strengths
- Office/ bookkeeping experience preferred
- Ability to learn new software
- Ability to write professional emails
- Good customer service skills
Academic, Certifications & Trade Qualifications
- High school graduate or GED required
- Accounting/ Finance degree preferred
- Microsoft Office experience preferred
- QuickBooks® Online experience preferred
